Facilities
Special Events Permit must be obtained from the Recreation Department for any event to include (but not limited to) the following:
Athletic Tournaments, Ceremony’s, Parades, Road Races, Walk/Marches, Concerts, Park Events, Car Shows, Festivals, Performances, Carnivals, Filming, Protest’s/Rally’s, Weddings.
Rental Rates are based on the following:
GENERAL USER – Not charging for the event (Private Event “Wedding” or “Free Event” Open to the Public)
PROFIT USER – Charging for the event (Charging Gate Admission) This application must be completed and submitted to the Peach County Parks and Recreation Department at least 6 weeks (8 weeks if commission approval is required) but no earlier than 12 months prior to the first day of the event.
Note:
Any misrepresentation in this application or deviation from the final agreed upon permit may result in the immediate revocation of the permit. All questions must be fully answered. If a question is Not Applicable, write “NA” in that space provided. Type or print all information clearly. Additional sheets may be attached as necessary.
The information on this Application will determine your eligibility for the permit requested.
The completion of the following Special Event Application DOES NOT constitute an approved and/or permitted event. The applicant must provide all required materials (Liability Insurance, Site Plan and Security/Safety Plan), prior to the issuance of a Special Event Permit.
